“Grasswhispers on the go”
“Grasswhispers on the go” allows you to quickly send a voice broadcast to many people from your own mobile or landline phone in seconds, simply:
1) dial the “Grasswhispers on the go” phone number
2) record your message and check it sounds right
3) select who you want to send it to (NB. Your database of phone numbers must be pre-loaded)
4) send your message
Your message will then be immediately broadcast to hundreds or thousands of your people – their phones will ring and they can hear your voice just like a normal call or pick it up later as a voice mail. Ideal for emergency situations when staff or members need to be notified motivated or rallied at short notice. There is no need to call each person individually; one phone call and you’re done.

Grasswhispers Basic
“Grasswhispers basic” gives you complete freedom to record, broadcast and report on your own voice and SMS campaigns, all you need is a windows PC and internet connection. “Grasswhispers basic” gives you access to the Grasswhispers broadcast platform and to our “DIY control panel” web page which lets you schedule broadcasts to go out when you want (e.g. Immediately or the next morning). It also gives you access to our Touchback feature, allowing you to see on your computer instant staff feedback and response to your broadcast as staff press keys on their phones to vote or answer questions in your messages as they hear them.

“Grasswhispers semi managed” gives you all the features and flexibly of “Grasswhispers basic” without the burden of managing your own campaigns, you email through your audio files or SMS script and we take care of the rest, it’s that simple.

“Grasswhispers fully managed” gives you all the features of Grasswhispers semi managed as well as added creative and consulting services to make sure that your campaigns are conveyed efficiently, effectively and deliver the maximum impact. With “Grasswhispers fully managed”, we will work with you every month to make sure your campaigns are delivered to the right people at, people at the right time using the most appropriate method as well as handle the script creation for each of your campaigns. We can even organise for your audio files to be recorded by one of our professional voice artists (additional costs involved).

Start up fee and Call costs
Voice call costs are 19p/per minute to UK mobile phones and 8p/per minute to UK landlines (excluding non geographic numbers e.g. those starting with 08), SMS messages (texts) are 6p per SMS (for 1000 or more SMS’s per month). Price if you send less than 1,000 is XXX. Calls can be made to any mobile or land line to any country around the world, prices are available on request.
For organisations with a large user base (c 10,000), voice call costs can be reduced depending on the commitment of call volume per month.
